SHIPPING

1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We currently ship across India.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days (depending on your location).

Please note: Delays might occur due to courier partner issues, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking number(s) will be provided when available.


4. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside India. (If you plan to, this can be updated.)


5. Damages / Missing Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • We are not liable for delays or lost parcels once handed to the courier.

RETURN

1. Returns Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Certain products (e.g., sale items, gift cards, personal-use items) are non-returnable.


2. Return Process

  • Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or wrong.


3. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at [yourstore@email.com].


5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank or payment provider.
