Exchange

You can exchange a product within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We do not accept exchange for items that show signs of wear and tear.

Please note we do not accept returns. However, in case the product received is damaged or defective, we will replace the same item to you. If unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or receive store credit for the same, provided the request for return is placed within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns

Should you change your mind and wish to return the product, we will offer you a store credit of the same amount excluding the shipping charges which can be redeemed within 6 months of purchase.

Once your request is placed we will arrange a pick up within 3-4 working days. Soon as your order is received at our warehouse, it will go through a quality check & once approved, your store credit will be processed to your account.

Kindly return your product in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products shows wear and tear, we won’t proceed forward with the credit, and the product will be returned to the original shipping address.

Kindly note each product is slightly different from one another, as these are handcrafted which also make them unique in nature.
